- 800 grams of chicken strips (breast or thigh)
- Cup 3 / 4 Pepper and Garlic Steak Kingdom
- Coat chicken strips with pepper and garlic sauce
- Marinate overnight (or 2 at 8 hours)
- Dip the skewer sticks in the water for 30 minutes
- Skewer chicken zig-zag strips
- Bake in your favorite way * (barbecue, pan or oven)
- Serve with your chosen accompaniments
