  • Coat chicken strips with pepper and garlic sauce
  • Marinate overnight (or 2 at 8 hours)
  • Dip the skewer sticks in the water for 30 minutes
  • Skewer chicken zig-zag strips
  • Bake in your favorite way * (barbecue, pan or oven)
  • Serve with your chosen accompaniments

* Reach an internal cooking temperature of 83 Celsius (160 F.).
