Fluffy with maple

Makes 10 cupcakes

1 cup of white chocolate chips
1 / 4 of butter cup
8 eggs
1 3 / 4 cup of maple sugar
1 1 / 4 all-purpose flour cup

Steps :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a bain-marie, melt chocolate and butter
In another bowl, combine maple sugar and flour
When the butter and chocolate are melted, stir in the mixture
Add the eggs
Place in muffin cups (large) or ramekins on parchment and cook until top is golden (about 15 min)
Cool 2 minutes and serve
