Spilled cake with apples and karamel fleur de sel

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of softened butter
  • 1 / 2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1 / 2 all-purpose flour cup
  • 1 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 / 2 cup of milk
  • karamel fleur de sel
Preparation:
  • Preheat oven to 350 f.
  • In a bowl, mix half the butter and the brown sugar.
  • Distribute the mixture to the bottom of a mold of 9 po.
  • Place the diced apples evenly
  • In a bowl, beat the remaining butter and sugar 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and whisk well until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder together and mix in the mixture, alternating with the milk.
  • Pour into the mold on the apples.
  • Bake about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Take out of the oven and spill on a plate.
  • Cool about 10 minutes and pour caramel on the cake.
