- 1 1 / 2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple (variety of your choice)
- karamel fleur de sel (moderate amount or not!)
- Combine the dry ingredients together.
- Add eggs, milk and melted butter to the mixture.
- Mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Grill apple quarters in a pan with a knob of butter.
- Place the roasted apples on the pancake and drizzle with karamel fleur de sel.
