Pancakes with apples and karamel fleur de sel

  • 1 1 / 2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple (variety of your choice)
  • karamel fleur de sel (moderate amount or not!)


  • Combine the dry ingredients together.
  • Add eggs, milk and melted butter to the mixture.
  • Mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Grill apple quarters in a pan with a knob of butter.
  • Place the roasted apples on the pancake and drizzle with karamel fleur de sel.
