An entrepreneur does not create jobs. A contractor serves customers.
The customer, by his power, purchase decides which company at the expense of another will hold more jobs.
How can the customer decide? Because you offer a superior product at comparable cost and above all a better service.
For the customer to be well served, there must be happy and fulfilling employees. These employees, with their skill and enthusiasm, will offer a good service.
The customer, happy, becomes an ambassador for the company and tells everyone how it is well served by this company.
Then other clients arrive and the contractor has to hire.
The customer is the only master on board a company. He is the only one who can dismiss an employee or even shut down a business by spending his money elsewhere.
An employee is not an expense, but a source of income. He must be ambassador.
A customer is an ambassador of your product (he has chosen you).
An employer is the facilitator between the employee and the client.
When one of the links is too weak, the company dies.
This is the life cycle!
